Pure innovation: With a grating coating application as a multiplex sacrificial layer, ensutec Products GmbH is revolutionizing the adhesion properties of paints on the covers of the paint booths. At the same time, the effort and costs for removing the paint residues are drastically reduced - with a service life that is up to 10 times longer or more!<\/p>

Paint booths get dirty from overspray during daily use, which is completely normal. Complex cleaning and paint stripping work is necessary and must be carried out regularly. This is also considered completely normal \u2013 until now!<\/p>

Because ensutec Products GmbH has the multiplex sacrificial layer fematop 2901<\/em> If gratings are coated with it, the personnel and cleaning costs incurred can be significantly reduced, and the burden on the environment is also considerably reduced. In comparison to conventional thermal, chemical or high-pressure processes, the use of fematop 2901<\/em> no costs are incurred. Only manual cleaning by brushing or tapping in the usual cleaning cycle is necessary to restore the full functionality of the gratings.<\/p>
