Over 1,000 airmatic atomization optimization systems are already in use and have proven to significantly reduce process costs: &quot;The paint material savings are between ten and 20 percent,&quot; Mayer assures. At the same time, the painting quality is optimized: &quot;With the airmatic, we achieve greater process reliability, better flow and paint level, and fewer dust and dirt inclusions.&quot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to atomization optimization, the graduate engineer developed the airmatic revolution: This device supplements the patented process for preparing compressed air with the option of controlling minimum air humidity.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ensutec boss no longer sees his innovative devices as being limited to the repair industry: &quot;We are able to use our products in all air-atomizing or air-assisted painting and application processes.&quot; His airmatic technology is already being used in various industrial sectors: It is used to paint wooden furniture and window frames and is also increasingly being used in the food or pharmaceutical industries to coat medicines or spray baking trays or injection molds with oils and release agents.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ensutec boss Thomas Mayer announced positive news in an interview film by schaden.news: His company is on a growth path and will now also be more involved internationally.
