The Swabian company ensutec Products GmbH, known for its innovative systems for optimizing the coating process, will be represented at the renowned CII Surface & Coating Expo in Chennai from 17 to 19 July. The trade fair is regarded as India's largest event in the field of surface technology, coatings, finishing and corrosion protection and attracts experts and decision-makers from all over Asia.
The company from Baden-Württemberg has set a milestone in painting technology with its airmatic systems. The technology developed and patented by company founder Thomas Mayer makes it possible to carry out the painting process under consistent conditions all year round. This not only improves the quality of the coatings, but also significantly reduces painting costs.
Previously successful mainly in Germany and Europe, ensutec is now also expanding into India. The cooperation with Yamaha Music India Pvt. Ltd., which has been using airmatic technology to varnish its musical instruments for the past year, is particularly noteworthy. This partnership demonstrates the Swabian company's international orientation and innovative strength.
On the CII Surface & Coating Expo the Indian partner company Alfa Equipments from Chennai will present the airmatic systems. Alfa specializes in paint coating and circulation systems and has taken over the market launch of ensutec equipment in India. KC Ganesh, owner of Alfa, will give a presentation at the trade fair on the advantages and possible applications of airmatic technology - a highlight for trade visitors and industry experts.

"Participating in the CII Surface & Coating Expo is an important step for us towards a global market presence," explains Thomas Mayer, founder of ensutec Products GmbH. "India is a dynamic economy with great potential in the surface technology sector. We are looking forward to presenting our innovations to an international trade audience and forging new partnerships."
The trade fair takes place in Chennai, an important economic metropolis in the south of India with over 8 million inhabitants. The city is known for its strong automotive industry, information technology, manufacturing and trade - ideal conditions for an exchange on the latest coating technologies.
During the Expo, visitors will have the opportunity to experience the airmatic systems live and find out about their efficiency and cost-saving potential. KC Ganesh will also be giving a presentation in which he will explain the technical advantages and practical application examples of the systems.
With this international presence, ensutec underlines its position as an innovative supplier in the field of surface technology and sets an example for sustainable increases in efficiency in painting.
