Your tasks:
- Independently carry out all assistance tasks
- Organizing internal and external information and disseminating it in a structured manner
- Internal and external correspondence
- Support for the departments
- Preparation of payroll and financial accounting
- Payroll accounting
- Administrative organization
- Participation in strategy development
What we want from you:
- Completed commercial/tax vocational training or studies
- Professional experience as an assistant to a management in a medium-sized industrial company
- Absolutely discreet and trustworthy working methods
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Very good communication and teamwork skills
- initiative, flexibility and resilience
- commitment, reliability and conscientiousness
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Structured and organized thinking and working
