Your tasks:

  • Independently carry out all assistance tasks
  • Organizing internal and external information and disseminating it in a structured manner
  • Internal and external correspondence
  • Support for the departments
  • Preparation of payroll and financial accounting
  • Payroll accounting
  • Administrative organization
  • Participation in strategy development

What we want from you:

  • Completed commercial/tax vocational training or studies
  • Professional experience as an assistant to a management in a medium-sized industrial company
  • Absolutely discreet and trustworthy working methods
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills
  • initiative, flexibility and resilience
  • commitment, reliability and conscientiousness
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Structured and organized thinking and working
